Transcript Request Form

The normal processing time for transcript requests is one to two weeks.  Transcripts are mailed via First Class Canada Post.  If you need a rush order (less than one week), or if you wish to have the transcripts sent via a courier services, additional fees to cover these costs will apply.

There is a fee for the certified copies and payment must be received prior to records being released.  The fees are as follows:

$25.00 for one certified copy
$10.00 for each additional certified copy

Fees may be paid by cheque (made payable to Pearson College), cash, VISA or MasterCard.

The College will send a confirmation email when the transcript request is received and when the transcript is sent.  If you do not receive these confirmation emails, please notify the College by telephone (250) 391-2408 or fax (250) 391-2412. 

If Pearson College is forwarding your transcript to a secondary institution, it is recommended that you confirm directly with the receiving university or institution that the transcript has been received.
